Q: Why are your prices so much lower than other sites? Are you selling the same products?
A: Yes, we are selling the exact same version of the same products you see on other sites. Our prices are able to be a lot lower because we sell membership plans, not single bottles. We also provide only basic customer service via email, not by phone. Keeping staff to a minimum helps keep costs down. The idea is for your membership to be as self-service as possible.
Q: Does that mean you won’t answer questions or help if I need it?
A: Of course not! Feel free to email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We just don’t have a phone number to call, and we don’t send a lot of emails after the purchase either.
Q: I don’t want to be on an automatic shipping plan. Why can’t I just come back and order when I need more?
A: It is the automatic shipping plan that allows us to offer these low prices, and the only way we are set up to take orders. If you don’t wish to be on such a plan, we’d suggest you look for these products on other sites such as aProvenProduct.com or Amazon.com
Q: Why can't I put more than one of a product in my shopping cart?
A: The prices you see are introductory prices only. They are so that you can try a new product without a big up front investment. They aren't for stocking up - we won't be in business very long if that happens. If you wish to enroll in more than one plan at a time for a single product, you'll need to email us and we'll evaluate that on a case-by-case basis.
Q: How long do I have to stay on your plan? What if I decide I want to stop receiving the product?
A: There is no minimum amount of time, or minimum number of automatic shipments. If you decide after your first shipment that the product is not for you, then you can cancel at any time.
Q: How do I cancel? Is it hard, and do I have to “jump through hoops” to stop shipments?
A: Canceling is easy and painless. You can either log in to your account and click a button that says “cancel,” or just send us an email and we’ll take care of it for you.
Q: What if I don’t want to cancel, but am not quite ready for a new bottle in 30 days? Can I delay my shipment?
A: Absolutely! You can log into your account at any time and change the date of your next shipment to be as soon or as far away as you’d like. There is no limit to how often you can change the date, either.
Q: If I postpone my shipment will I be charged?
A: Nope. You’re only charged on the day your shipment is due to be sent. As soon as your payment is processed, your package is in line to be shipped, either later that day or (if it’s the weekend) on the very next business day.
Q: What if I forget it’s time for my shipment? This could mess up my bank account.
A: You will always receive an email 48 hours before your shipment is scheduled.
